three stationary bike workouts at the YMCA - one 30 minutes and the others 45 minutes each

no road riding - weekend consumed by family events;
two stationary bike workouts at the YMCA - 45 minutes each

don't remember whether I biked to work; was only at work Monday & Tuesday; we went on vacation from Wednesday May 26 through Sunday, June 6, and then I took Monday off.
